Peer group supervision draws upon the evidence base and current best practice. This service is available for all the workforce, from leadership teams to frontline staff. At workplacehealth.center we work from a trauma-informed and transparent perspective, seeing in each person the potential for growth and renewal.

We gently guide the peer group work, and with the input and collaboration of the group we can put together de-identified reports about the global themes presenting in your workplace. This will enable you to get ahead of any issues and create a more harmonious workplace. Where possible we will also train peer group facilitators in-house to help you build leadership capacity in your frontline staff.

All one on one and group sessions are conducted via the secure Teams platform.
