1. Introduction
Welcome to Workplace Health Centre. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

2. Services
We provide educational seminars, support and debriefing for groups and individuals, and clinical governance to organisations whose staff and management are exposed to trauma. Our services aim to prevent burnout and vicarious trauma and support staff experiencing domestic/family violence.

3. Use of Services
Eligibility: Our services are intended for organisations and their staff. By using our services, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
Confidentiality: We prioritise confidentiality and expect participants to respect the privacy of others in group settings.
Conduct: Participants must engage respectfully and professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session.

4. Payment and Cancellation
Fees: Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

5. Limitation of Liability
Workplace Health Centre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Australia.
